Us
Autonomi
is
a state of mind, an attitude and a way of doing things. Our
approach to filmmaking & TV production involves intimacy,
professionalism and trust. We take our independent, authored
projects to a global audience using both existing and evolving
technologies and platforms.

| Doug
Aubrey started
out as a video artist and experimental film maker in the
eighties, before moving on to extensively document the numerous
Yugoslav conflicts in a number of internationally acclaimed
documentaries.
In
2002 he jointly set up Autonomi along with Berlin-Bear
winning producer Marie Olesen.
International one-off
docs and series include Victim of Geography,
World of Skinhead, A Different Pitch, See You in the Next
War and A Glittering Haze .

Reid is looking after the financial
and other business aspects of Autonomi's operations.
He has also worked in television and film as Production
Accountant since 1996 and has many broadcast credits.
Ian
is the only member of team to ever have appeared
on Top of the Pops. |

Marie
Olesen
Marie
is an award-winning, multi-skilled Film & TV producer
and factual journalist with a background in radio production.
The
lost viking worked as Head of Development with Northlight
Productions but set up Autonomi in 2002 with Ian and Doug
to focus on news, current affairs, drama and docs.
Marie
has exec'ed a few projects for Autonomi, and producer
credits include Wasted Nation
and Harrigan's Beat, Bedroom Radio,
Some Distant Day, Gold Fever, As
It Is, Streams and, most recently, the feature
doc Kurdi.
Marie
is currently developing Peter Mackie Burns first feature
as a writer/ director. Together they made Berlin bear-winning
Milk and the Tartan Short Run.
